Most of our products are pre-made. They typically ship within:

1–3 business days
(processing + handling time)

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-order items are clearly labeled in the product description.

These items are made-to-order and usually ship within:

4–6 weeks
but may take up to 10 weeks depending on demand, production speed, or unforeseen delays.

We appreciate your patience — pre-order support helps us continue growing as a small brand.

Due to the limited and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping timelines below.

Exchange Requirements

• Items must be brand new, unworn, and in original packaging

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• A $20 exchange / return fee applies if the wrong size was ordered
